The Rochester Educational Opportunity Center (REOC), part of SUNY Brockport, State University of New York is accepting applications for an Institutional Effectiveness Coordinator. The person in this role will work directly with the Dean/Executive Director and the REOC Leadership Team to plan, assess, analyze, and improve processes, programs, and services that support the REOC’s mission and vision. The coordinator will help REOC to improve its capacity to inform and evaluate change through data-driven decision making.
- Bachelor's degree by time of appointment from a college or university accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or an internationally recognized college or university.
- Demonstrated work and/or school experience querying data sources.
- Demonstrated work and/or school experience with statistical software.
- Experience with collecting and analyzing data to support decision making.
- Experience working with diverse student and organizational populations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, and work within a team environment.
- Master's degree from a college or university accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or an internationally recognized college or university.
- Experience using Banner, Blackboard, and Brightspace.
Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
Salary and Benefits:
Minimum Salary for this position is $56,802. May be benefits eligible; more information at Careers@Brockport. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
