Student Financial Services Coordinator
Job Summary:
- This position is responsible for all aspects of Tuition Management, coordination of Financial Aid, Gold Card operations, and schoolwide deposit activity.
Essential Functions or Key Responsibilities
- A/R: process and deposit all checks, cash & credit card payments.
- Oversee tuition accounts, including Enrollment Contracts, Blackbaud Tuition Management software, and follow-up and collection on delinquent accounts.
- Coordinates financial aid committee and acts as liaison with families.
- Interface with parents and students on finance related issues.
- Coordinate and process Gold Card collection/distribution/reporting.
- Process monthly reports.
- Reconciliation of petty cash & cash box requests
- Provide essential audit support.
Additional Responsibilities

- Provide back up for accounts payable when necessary
- Miscellaneous administrative and general responsibilities
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Competencies/Skills
- Proficient bookkeeping, mathematical and clerical skills
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office
- Experience working with Blackbaud Tuition Management and Financial Edge NXT software preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills
Education and Experience Requirements
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience working in a related field.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
- This is a 12-month, full-time position. (32.5 hours per week with an opportunity for reduced summer hours depending on office needs – non-exempt level position). Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Pay Range: $20 to $24 per hour.
