This is a supervisory position involving responsibility for the proper cleaning of a building or facility. This position differs from the lower level Senior Building Service Worker by virtue of performing the following: assisting with the development of employee training programs, completing written reports, less hands-on work, and acting in a supervisory capacity. Employees may be required to work evenings and weekends. The employee reports directly to and works under the general supervision of a senior staff member. Direct supervision is exercised over Senior Building Service Workers and Building Service Workers. Does related work as required.
Completion of the eighth (8th) grade plus two (2) years of paid full-time or its part-time equivalent experience in building cleaning or other related field.
