You will be responsible for preparing accounts payable, accounts receivable and any other assigned account ledgers, schedules, and reconciliations to the general ledger and assist in the audit process.
Responsibilities:
A/P:
-
Record payments made daily
-
Code payments in the system Microsoft Dynamics
-
Input vendor invoices
-
Pay vendor invoices with correct payment type which could be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), check or credit card
A/R:
-
Reconcile company credit card statements with receipts, coding to the correct expense accounts, upload documentation to General Ledger (GL)
-
General Journal entries accounting both credit (income) and debit (expense) accounts daily

Process sales tax accounting and tax exemption forms
Minimum Requirements:

Associates degree in accounting or similar work experience preferred

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM (MS Dynamics/Great Plains or other CRM)

Advanced Excel knowledge preferred.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills required

Candidates should possess knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and be proficient in spreadsheet, database, and word processing applications.
