This role will support the Head of Strategy for HCM Mid-Market and help manage both the strategic development and execution of various initiatives and projects to support the on-going iteration of Paychex’s product and service strategy. The Market Team/Business Unit collaborates with peers across the organization, including Sales, Service, Commercialization, Marketing, Legal, and Revenue Operations. The corporate goals and objectives of our sales and service organizations are of focal points of for the role and lead to the prioritization process of initiatives the team undertake and lead.
This individual will be responsible for supporting various initiatives and projects that require analytical skills to drive data-decision making to support strategic recommendations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver and measure results. The ability to story-tell and present the findings in a professional and compelling manner is critical towards influencing stakeholders and achieving alignment from stakeholders. Ideally, the person is willing to challenge the current practices and or norms in the pursuit of improving the value proposition of Paychex’s solutions.
