Are you ready for the next step in your career? This is where it begins - RE&LS is seeking a full-time Senior Transportation Engineer to be part of our growing Design Team! We are looking for someone who can work independently and coordinate with other disciplines. Good communication and writing skills are essential as this person will communicate with clients on technical matters. This role will lead to a department leadership role within 3 to 5 years for the right candidate.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATION/LICENSE:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering.
- 7-10 years of technical experience in bridge/culvert/highway design.
- Strong knowledge of AASHTO and NYSDOT design standards.
- Knowledge of Hydraulic Modeling (HEC-Ras, HY-8) a plus.
- PE license.
- Microstation and Inroads skills required, AutoCadd skills desired.
