Position Overview:

This is an Inventory Management Support position in support of shipping. Candidate must be capable of performing all physical and administrative tasks involved in inventory management including shipping, organizing, storing, auditing, documenting, kitting, and the distribution of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a cross-functional team.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Packing and Processing of Orders
  • Analyze and reconcile system issues
  • Support of auditing parts within the different Staging locations
  • Facilitate replenishment process for material.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Work with planning, quality, operations, and engineering to highlight and resolve issues.

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and use of JEDI / Oracle systems.
  • Proficiency in Excel – used to create reports and data load transactions into Oracle.
  • Ability to track/reconcile material movements.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively multitask.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $33,700 - $52,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
