Diet Technician PT

Under the supervision of dietitians, may plan and produce meals based on established guidelines, teach principles of food nutrition, or counsel individuals.  Diet techs promote wellness through improved eating.  Nutritional plans are often tailored to treat particular diseases and conditions, with the goal of promoting health and healing. 

Minimum Education & Experience

AAS or BS in food and nutrition plus one year of experience in a similar role.

Licensure/Certification

• Must have access to timely and reliable transportation to transport self to multiple sites.
