This position is based in Rochester, NY. On-site training will be required for up to 6 weeks at our corporate offices. Upon completion of training, this position is work from home.

The job of the Pharmacy Support Center Representative is to provide support by acting as a liaison between Wegmans customers and all store Pharmacies. By answering incoming calls and using incredible customer service, to respond to customer questions, the Pharmacy Support Center Representative helps our customers experience the high standards of our store Pharmacy teams seamlessly.

What will I do?

  • Able to answer a high volume of incoming calls; assist customers by answering any questions
  • Communicate with internal customers (store pharmacies) regarding customer information/orders
  • Meet individual goals and team averages for number of calls per hour and talk time per call
  • Able to multi-task and complete work efficiently and effectively
  • Comply with all policies, state and federal laws including HIPAA - Must have a secure and private workspace to answer calls per HIPAA guidelines

Required Qualifications:

  • 1 or more years of related experience (call center experience and/or pharmacy experience)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Systems aptitude, data entry and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Contact center experience
  • Medical or insurance experience
  • Pharmacy Technician experience
  • Proficiency with EnterpriseRx
