Woodcrest Commons, a DePaul Senior Living Community, is seeking a compassionate, highly organized leader to join our team!
As a valued member of our team, the Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for the clinical oversight and coordination of the Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA)/Assisted Living Program (ALP), in conjunction with administrative staff and other service agencies. The RN participates in an interdisciplinary team to support the goal of providing excellent quality care to all residents. The ALP Program is a Medicaid funded home care in an assisted living community.
The salary for this Exempt position starts at $70,000 annually

NYS Registered Nurse(s) with knowledge or experience with Medicaid billing, Uniform Assessment System (UAS), and development and management of care plans are encouraged to apply! Experience in LHCSA, CHHA, or LTHHCP is preferred.
