WHAT WE NEED
BRF is rolling out a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, SAP S4/HANA, which is the core enterprise system for the company. This impacts a wide variety of business functions including finance, supply chain, procurement, quality, and manufacturing. We have an opportunity to upgrade our entire training program around SAP to ensure effective onboarding and processes adherence and do so in a way that engages the end users.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Create training content for a variety of different business functions that details the business process and the method by which SAP is used to support the process. The content for each process will include:
- Process maps.
- Step by step execution instructions.
- Video tutorials (as seen on YouTube).
- Support the decision of the appropriate platform to host the content that is readily available and searchable.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Required Education/Experience:
- Must be enrolled in B.S. program for Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant program with experience in creating, developing, and delivering training programs using various media platforms.
- Minimum completion of two years of program (must be going into 3rd or 4th year).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong Microsoft Office experience.
- The ability to quickly learn how to execute processes in SAP given appropriate training.
- Experience in training learning content and an understanding of best practices.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and follow-through skill sets.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Strong oral and written communication as well as interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate with diverse populations.
- Experience in manufacturing and SAP is a plus.
The base pay rate for this role is $22.00 to $25.00 per hour. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
