Full Time 40 hours Range URG 112 UF&S MC Operations

Schedule

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM: RARE WKNDS/HOLS

Responsibilities

Inspects, manages and sets priorities on all activities within assigned shop operations. Coordinates projects occurring within these facilities while maintaining communications with all clients. Develops budgets and manages operating revenues. Supervises assigned trade personnel. Makes recommendations on hiring, performance assessment, staff development, disciplines & terminations. Assists in the development of capital renewal program. Must be available for 24/7 on call responsibilities for maintenance/facilities issues. Requirements: Associates degree with demonstrated technical proficiency in building systems and technology and 3-5 years supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $ 68,765 - $103,147 Annually

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
