Beyond TalentEdge has a direct hire opportunity for a Jr. Support Specialist. Our client is an expert in providing technology and security solutions to the public safety, education and healthcare industries. They have been serving their clients for almost 30 years.
The Jr. Support Specialist is responsible for supporting several Managers with all clerical aspects of the Project Management lifecycle, Client calls, report updating and maintaining in addition to the Make Ready process. You will perform data entry, permitting, agreements and any other support necessary for the make ready process..

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Attend client/customer calls to take notes that may later be populated into tracking spreadsheet or tracking systems.

Assist Director of Broadband on daily assigned task for project status.

Act as liaison to internal and external departments for information and updates on projects.

Developing measurable project goals and objectives, and monitoring progress toward achievement.

Track benchmarks and other critical information to ensure projects timelines are met.

Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, reports, and other correspondence

Tracks the Make Ready process to ensure work has been completed and licenses have been received for pole attachments.

Submits maps and exhibits received by Designer to all utilities for Make Ready.

Obtains price quotes for required electric & ensures that all payments are made to utilities for Make Ready.

Submits permit applications to respective DOT, state, county or town.

Reviews pole attachment agreements.

Accomplishes all other duties and tasks as appropriately assigned or requested.
Education/Experience:
-
Associates degree, and a minimum of two (2) years of customer support experience, or an equivalent combination of related work experience, training and/or education sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job is required.

Valid driver’s license is required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Project Management skills, tracking and analysis.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
