Responsibilities:
- Effective Communication: Engage with clients using strong communication skills to deliver exceptional customer service throughout the real estate sales process.
- Compliance and Ethics: Apply knowledge of fair housing regulations and real estate law to ensure all transactions are compliant and ethical.
- Negotiation Expertise: Leverage negotiation skills to secure the best deals for clients and navigate complex real estate transactions smoothly.
- Social Media Management: Utilize social media platforms to market listings and interact with potential buyers, boosting your marketing efforts.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other Real Estate Agents to efficiently coordinate property showings, inspections, and closings.
Requirements:
