Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Projects will focus on finding and logging items in a large research database.

Primary duties will include learning the database, developing search strategies, logging events in a separate database, and working in close coordination with HSRCs, Project Coordinator and PI.

This will be a temporary 3-month position, working 10-15 hours per week.

Essential Duties:

Data management

  • Works with PI and Project Coordinator to set up procedures for developing and maintaining data systems
  • With guidance from PI and based on study protocol, ensures the integrity and security of all study data at all times
  • Assists in the development of the study database and supervises the data entry and cleaning of other study staff
  • Oversees direct data entry procedures between databases
  • Completes regular data reviews, ensuring fidelity of documentation procedures

Minimum requirements:

  • High School Diploma and 1 year of related experience required.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Prior research experience with human subjects and brain imaging required.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $16.50 - $21.45 Hourly

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
