Purpose: Five Star Bank’s Summer Associate Program is designed to develop the next generation of financial services professionals to help us advance our vision of being an independent, high-performing community bank. As a Retail Administration Summer Associate, you’ll be immersed in the operational and administrative functions of our retail banking division. You’ll assist the Retail Administration team in managing branch operations, process improvements, and internal controls to help deliver a seamless banking experience for our customers.
