Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION:
With general direction, provides administrative support for the Strong Staffing recruitment team, and customer service support to Strong Staffing Temporary Employees.
JOB DUTIES & REPSONSIBILITIES:
Data Entry On-Boarding/Off-Boarding Temporary Employees:
- Coordinate input of Strong Staffing and/or other Agency Contingent Worker new hires into HR System of record
- Attach temporaries into assignments in HR Systems of record
- Collect Agency Check sheets and conduct 5- point check process
- Coordinate data changes and terminations of Agency Contingent Workers from HR system of record
- Send approval for new Contingent Worker starts to the Badge ID Office
Monthly Reports & Memo Distribution:
- Run End of Probation Reports
- Run 1 Month, 3 Month and End of Assignment Reports
- Run Six-month limit reports
- Run Union Reports – to validate duration of assignments does not exceed Union contract terms
Misc. Administrative Duties:
- Create file folders for new Strong staffing employees and ensure all contents are complete
- Maintain files for authorization forms, requisitions and Agency resumes
- Maintain Strong Staffing personnel files
- Pull new hire tax forms and submit to payroll for processing
- May fill in at Front Desk- I-9 /E-Verify relief as needed
- Other duties as assigned: Filing, Faxing, Photocopying, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education Required
- 2 years of post-High School education or equivalent experience
Experience Required
- 2 years in human resources or related functions. No experience required with Baccalaureate Degree. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Familiarity with Excel, Microsoft Office and Outlook Mail.
- Excellent organization skills communication skills and time management
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer relations skills

Pay Range
Pay Range: $17.43 - $24.40 Hourly
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
