We are looking for a Manager, Order Management!

What will you do? 
As Manager, Order Management you will be responsible for leading a team of order specialists that support KORE's ability to deliver effective and accurate information to their customers on their invoices, right from the order processing activities through partnering to ensure the fulfillment processes are working as they should. You will work closely with the cross-functional teams through the order to cash life cycle, engaging in continuous improvement on our internal processes that make it easier for all and engage the customer with a customer excellence mindset. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:    

 Leadership    

  • Lead a team of order-processing specialists through the HR Lifecycle of Recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance development to ensure they are high-performing and coaching career support for their long-term success.
  • Effectively partner with your peers, leadership, and others in supporting the overall CFO culture, to deliver best people practice.

Customer, Business Process, and Financial Excellence    

  • Create/update and train as needed standard operating procedures for your team and other key stakeholders that are required to ensure the order entry processes are effective and accurately support the customer’s expectations and business data integrity.
  • Resolve escalated customer inquiries/issues related to order processing, with closely with the Customer Success reps to provide timely and effective resolutions; take those issues and determine improvements to always strive for better – right the first-time mindset.
  • Continuously audit and improve processes to ensure they stay on track as best practice and effectively engage across the organization as you improve your processes.
    • Ensure metrics, including but limited to, order cycle time, order accuracy, order fulfillment rate, are tracked accurately and aligned to the outcomes of the improvements you make. 

Learning    

  • Continuously learn the broader functions of order to cash to improve your own functions: effectively partner with Sales, Customer Success, and the production teams to address order-related issues, such as order changes, cancellations, or escalated requests to meet customer expectations with your Billing peers in understanding their challenges in effective invoicing and build continuous improvement into your current processes to effectively support best in class order to cash processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in order processing and customer service excellence to align that to your best practices and process delivery for the customer and KORE.

SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:    

  • Bachelor's degree in business admin and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years leadership experience, with the ability to inspire a team through change for the greater good.
  • Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices and logistics and supply chain concepts.
  • Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online order processing.
  • Experience with implementing and improving internal controls.
  • Demonstrated strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Change management with a good ability to influence change at all levels.
  • Process improvement experience, using tools such as Smart Draw preferred to engage in improvements.
  • Great communication skills at all levels.
  • Analytical experience in a high-volume transactional environment to address key metrics.
  • Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail, with a high level of resilience in reducing chaos.
  • Desire to learn and capability to assimilate new information and adapt to frequent change.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.

SCHEDULE:
Office Hours: 8:30 am – 5:15 pm, M-F

SALARY RANGE: $80,000 yearly.
