2nd Shift Manufacturing Operator

In this role, you'll be instrumental in our state-of-the-art manufacturing processes, setting up and operating advanced equipment, performing critical in-process inspections, and ensuring every product meets our rigorous high-quality standards. Shift Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 3:30pm - 2am

Job Responsibilities

• Bring precision to life by following established work instructions for our state-of-the-art manufacturing processes.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment where your initiative and focus make a difference.
• Setup and operate advanced equipment, including performing first-echelon maintenance to keep production running smoothly.
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure every product meets our high-quality standards.
• Be a key communicator by flagging and resolving any issues that could impact production schedules or quality goals.
• Work collaboratively with a supportive team while also taking ownership of independent tasks.
• Embrace and implement GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Follow all company policies and procedures to contribute to a safe, efficient workplace.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO standards is beneficial but not required.
• Leadership skills or the ability to step into a leadership role.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination for working with small, intricate components.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills to keep operations seamless.
• Basic computer skills and an aptitude for maintaining accurate records.
