As a Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that will drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. You will play a critical role in shaping our marketing initiatives and ensuring they align with our overall business goals.

LOCATION: Riedman Campus

DEPARTMENT: Marketing and Communications

SCHEDULE: Weekdays


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in related area of study.
  • At least five years of experience in marketing / communications.


  • Marketing Strategy Development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass both online and offline channels. Develop clear and actionable marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Market Research. Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in our marketing efforts.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution. Create and oversee the implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, paid advertising, and more. Ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly and on schedule.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze marketing campaign results. Use data insights to refine strategies, improve ROI, and achieve continuous optimization.
  • Budget Management. Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI while controlling costs.
  • Brand Management. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals across all marketing channels. Maintain brand integrity and positioning in the market.
  • Collaboration and Communication. Foster collaboration with internal teams, including sales, design, content, and product development, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Communicate marketing plans and results effectively to stakeholders.

PAY RANGE: $70,000.00 - $82,000.00
