Function of Position:
We are looking for Sports Management Interns who are studying or those aspiring towards a career in recreation, athletics, sports management, communication, or event planning. Students will gain knowledge and experience in communications and game day management.
You will work under the guidance of our Athletic Communications & Operations Coordinator assisting in game day operations, planning and scheduling of practices, rentals, events. Game contracts, social media, special projects, game recaps, etc.

Candidates must be innovative, proven self-starters; independent, energetic, and organized while possessing excellent interpersonal skills.Strong organizational, multi-tasking and writing skills.Efficient time management skills.Available to work ALL home contests.Ability to work under tight deadlines with great attention to detail.Available to work nights and weekends.
Additional Information:
Pay Rate: $14.20/hr
Full-time/Part-time Internship
Fall 2022: August - December
Spring 2023: January - May
