Function of Position:
Monroe Community College is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to temporarily support the Health Professions Department. This part-time role will assist with essential administrative tasks and provide support to faculty, staff, and students.
*This is a temporary position that may be renewed annually contingent upon availability of college budget and performance reviews.
Examples of Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to the Department Chair and facultyAssist with scheduling meetings and maintaining departmental filesSupport student registration and documentation processesCoordinate basic supply orders and requisitionsHelp with communication between the department and other college officesAssist with onboarding documentation for new hiresProvide clerical support for facultyOther duties as assignedMCC Expectations:

Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skillsStrong organizational and communication abilitiesAbility to manage multiple tasks efficientlyExperience in an academic or office settingBilingual and able to read, write, and speak Spanish, or other languages, proficiently
Additional Information:
Hours/Pay: 20 hours per week, $22 hourly
