JOB TITLE: Vice President of Operations, Long Term Care

The Vice President of Operations for Long Term Care, will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations for Rochester Regional Health’s Long Term Care Division. The Long Term Care Division consists of six skilled nursing homes, each providing various specialties of care, as well as transitional care centers. The Vice President of Operations will oversee the day to day operations to ensure quality, positive patient experience, support the growth and support to the bottom line of the organization. The individual in this role will focus on strategic planning, goal setting and direct the daily operations of Long Term Care in support of Rochester Regional Health’s goals. The VP of Operations will report directly to the SVP, Operations at Rochester Regional Health.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. PAY RANGE: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00
