Full Time Position
Responsibility Summary:
Prepares and maintains effective staff scheduling for the Nursing Department under the direction of the Director of Nursing-LTC. Performs clerical duties for Director of Nursing-LTC.
Education:
Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred: Two-year degree in Secretarial Science preferred.
Experience:
Minimum: Experience in computers necessary. Analytical and statistical experience or training
Preferred: Experience in scheduling preferred.
Skills:
Minimum:
- Data entry ability
- Statistical typing and demonstrated math skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and oral) and organizational skills.
- Computer literacy
Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Office products including word, excel and power point.
Salary Range: $20.60 - $23.92 based on years of experience
