    With the most recent Mortgage Industry BOOM, Corelogic is looking to for Customer Care Representative that will be the liaison between our mortgage company partners and their current customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively fielding questions, solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

     

    Responsibilities 

    • Manage inbound calls in a timely manner while attempting to assist with a resolution of the caller’s tax issue

    • Leverage communication with customers regarding different tax related matters, while utilizing established business rules

    • Identify customers’ needs, educate customer, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives

    • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile

    • Actively documenting discussions of call and leverage internal tools for next level resolution needs

    • Ability to work in a structured, fast paced environment

    • Meet personal/team production metrics and quality targets

     
    Job Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent is acceptable

    • 2+ Years previous experience in a customer support role

    • Track record of over-achieving quotas while completing tasks within guidelines

    • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

    • Strong MS Office skill/computer literacy and typing ability of 35wpm

    • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

    • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

    • Advances problem-solving skills while remaining flexible when adapting to change

    • Ability to be comfortable sitting for long periods of time while wearing a headset most of a work shift
