Overview
As a Canvasser, you will be the face of our company in the field. Your primary role will be to engage with homeowners and businesses in target areas to generate leads for potential construction projects. You will be responsible for promoting our services, gathering relevant information, and scheduling appointments for consultations with our sales team.
Responsibilities
- Travel to assigned areas and engage with potential clients door-to-door, through phone calls, or other outreach methods.
- Educate homeowners and businesses about our construction services and the benefits we offer.
- Qualify leads and gather necessary information, including project needs and contact details.
- Schedule appointments for follow-up consultations with our sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly lead generation goals.
- Provide feedback on the effectiveness of canvassing campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage with people in a friendly and persuasive manner.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
- Previous canvassing, sales, or customer service experience is a plus.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills to enter and track lead information.
