Position Overview:

H. Risch, Inc., a leading manufacturer of premium menu covers and related products, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Specialist I to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will work closely with both the sales team and customers, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery. Your contributions will be key to fostering customer satisfaction, driving business growth, and supporting a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring quick and accurate responses.
  • Provide detailed information on product features, pricing, and availability to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring prompt delivery and accurate invoicing to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Handle invoicing and billing for shipped orders, with a focus on accuracy and detail.
  • Address and resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism, offering creative solutions that enhance the customer experience.
  • Deliver the “Risch Experience” by ensuring every customer interaction—whether in-person or online—reflects our commitment to excellence.

Sales Support

  • Collaborate with sales representatives to prepare persuasive proposals, quotes, and presentations that drive sales.
  • Stay updated on our product lines and industry trends to provide informed support that meets the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Communicate product changes, availability, and updates to key customers and sales representatives, ensuring everyone is informed.
  • Proactively manage sample requests, maintaining an organized and accessible inventory to support sales efforts.
  • Coordinate freight logistics by providing customers with accurate product dimensions and weights.
  • Work closely with the purchasing department and other internal teams to ensure product availability and resolve any supply chain issues.
  • Manage multiple custom sales opportunities over extended periods with exceptional attention to detail on project requirements and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the art department to create digital mock-ups and production-ready proofs for customized orders and opportunities.
  • Assist with Amazon chargebacks, returns, and dispute resolutions, ensuring all issues are handled efficiently and effectively.

Administrative Tasks

  • Perform data entry with precision, maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer profiles and order information.
  • Oversee the returns inventory and manage the resale process, ensuring all returns are handled appropriately.
  • Handle general administrative duties, including filing, managing office supplies, and supporting special projects as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role, preferably in a manufacturing or B2B environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM systems and data entry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude, contributing to a supportive and energetic team culture.
