Job Purpose
The primary function of this role is to oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned residential homes, manage a group of supervisors and ensure that program needs are being followed as per Office for People with Developmental Disabilities(OPWDD) and Department of Labor (DOL).

Bachelor’s Degree preferred in a related field and experience in the human service field or minimum High
School degree with 3+ years’ experience in human service or related field.
Supervisory Experience:
Min 2 years experience in supervisory role to include; performance management, coaching, and performance reviews.
