Job description
Beyond TalentEdge is hiring a temporary candidate who can perform duties such as assemble of micro-electro-mechanical components, subassemblies, products, or systems in a controlled assembly environment observing established manufacturing, operating and quality standards.

Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Must be able to read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures
· Candidates will be instructed to collect all material and equipment needed to begin the process
· You will need to make precision measurement’s to ensure perfect fit of components
· Select or modify components according to measurements and specifications
· Align material and put together parts to build more complex units
· Check output to ensure highest quality
· Make sure equipment is in good condition
· Keep track of production quantities and time
· Report on issues, malfunction, or defective parts
· Keep all parts and equipment operational by providing preventative maintenance and reporting any repairs needed
· Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Assembly experience preferred
· Ability to read blueprints, drawings etc.
· Able to use small tools (e.g., clamps, calipers) when needed
· Good understanding of quality control
· Good communication skills (verbal and written)
· Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition
· Ability to work as part of a team
· Great attention to detail
· Experience with optical and electronic devices preferred
· Experience with MS Office
· Excellent planning and organizational skills
Physical Demands:
· Frequently required to sit, speak, hear, see, and perform repetitive motion with hands, arms, and shoulders. Fine motor skills used. Occasionally required to lift or carry (10 lb. minimum). Reasonable accommodations will be made if possible.
