Position Summary:

The Collaboration Product Owner will be responsible for the ultimate end-user experience for all the collaboration technologies Constellation Brands utilizes. This would include the architecture, design, delivery and support of all Constellation Brands Collaboration Platforms. This position will work with IT and business stakeholders, appropriate technology teams, vendors and CBI leadership to ensure that the services delivered meet the company's needs and strategic plans. This position will assist in creating the enterprise vision and strategy for all Collaboration Platforms, ensuring the provision of stable and efficient services for our stakeholders. This also includes leading a team of engineers and offshore resources to deliver an enterprise class collaboration experience.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Lead a team of CBI and Off-Shore Resources
  • Continuously prioritize teams backlog work
  • Participate in Agile Ceremonies including Sprint Planning
  • Publish End-User Communications on features and new functionality
  • Manage vendor relationships in all related technologies to deliver services effectively and efficiently
  • Research, design assist on any implementations of infrastructure, processes, procedures, and automations for global collaboration environments
  • Gather requirements, provide design, and implement solutions that align with the defined roadmap
  • Document designs, processes, projects, tools, standards, and techniques and ensure documentation is maintained and relevant
  • Develop, and provide technical guidance to a team with responsibilities for managing Constellation Brands Collaboration Platforms
  • Ensure integrity and stability of the collaboration services and technology stack across the enterprise
  • Lead vendors in the completion of projects and operational support activities
  • Monitor and remain abreast of emerging technologies for possible introduction into the organization
  • Ensure development and training of the teams on new technologies, operational practices and service management
  • Work closely with the security and audit team to define governance and policy for any in-scope application(s) and ensure compliance is maintained
  • Provide & Participate in On-Call Rotation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
  • 7-10 years of IT experience with a record of progressive career growth.
  • Extensive experience with Cisco video conferencing products and applications such as Cisco Webex Room Kits, Cisco Webex Meetings & Events
  • Enterprise experience with Microsoft Office 365 Administration, Powershell Scripting, eDiscovery and ShareGate Migration Tool
  • Solid experience with audiovisual products such as Barco ClickShare, Crestron, BiAmp, Vaddio, Planar, Shure, etc.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Web RTC and USB Room Integrations
  • Experience with Room Schedulers, Digital Signage and WayFinding
  • Experience with ProofPoint or other Secure Email Gateway
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management & Support
  • Application integration experience related to Cisco Webex, Cisco Webex Meetings, Microsoft Teams to Microsoft Outlook
  • Deep technical experience and strong command of enterprise collaboration trends and ability to apply those for desired outcomes
  • Proven ability to work business requirements into solutions that map to technology capabilities and integration with existing infrastructure
  • Understanding of ITIL/ITSM principles in managing operational service delivery
  • Proven track record of implementing significant IT infrastructure projects on schedule and budget
  • Enterprise network, voice and video engineering experience with a variety of vendor solutions
  • ITIL Ticketing tools such as ServiceNow
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in working with vendors and service providers.
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) skills, and advanced problem-solving. orientation and decision-making skills. Proven ability to develop, present and justify positions to all levels within the company
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment where change is the norm
  • Ability to perform risk assessments
