Just Document Solutions—a division of Just Solutions, Inc.—is growing! We’re seeking a motivated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our service team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for maintaining, repairing, and installing laser printers, copiers, plotters, and scanner devices for our clients throughout Western and Central New York.

Whether you’re an experienced technician or a mechanically inclined problem solver eager to learn, we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance, repairs, installations, and setups of office imaging equipment.
• Diagnose issues, conduct tests, and complete timely, effective repairs.
• Configure and troubleshoot network connections, including scan-to-email, folder setup, and network configuration.
• Ensure equipment in your territory operates at peak performance.
• Accurately document repairs, upgrades, and service activity.
• Stay current with industry updates through ongoing training.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and technical expertise to every client.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical, mechanical, or electronics training a plus (military experience welcomed).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer and networking knowledge.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Dependability, professionalism, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
