The Corporate Insurance Analyst will support the Paychex's corporate insurance program. The successful candidate will assist in the process of identifying, measuring, and managing insurable risks, developing reports and plans, analyzing risk/insurance problems in the review of potential vendor contracts. The successful candidate will collaborate with various business units including Legal, Supply Chain Management, PD&IT, HR, Enterprise Security, Business Ops, Enterprise Risk, Finance, Facilities, and other functions at the Paychex corporate, and operating company levels. This person is expected to exhibit insurance technical acumen and the ability to work closely with the Senior Corporate Insurance Analyst to address the corporate insurance issues facing Paychex. They will work closely with brokers, colleagues and sometimes insurance carriers to support Paychex's corporate insurance contractual risk transfer, loss mitigation, certificate of insurance administration and claims management processes. They must be a self-starter who advances process improvements and exercises sound risk management judgment.
