Responsibilities

GENERAL PURPOSE:

This TAR position will support Patient Experience efforts pertaining to GetWellNetwork and Self Scheduling for both Inpatient and Outpatient Orthopaedics under the supervision of Administrator of Patient Experience, and Chief Patient Experience Officer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Orienting and Educating Patients on the capabilities of GetWellNetwork as a patient engagement tool, including but not limited to: Education prescribed by care-team, relaxation content, Eastman School of Music content, service recovery options, and entertainment.
  • Orienting and Educating Patients on the capabilities of Mychart, including but not limited to: Self-scheduling appointments, messaging provider’s offices, and refilling medications.
  • Communicating with patients – serving as a friendly visitor to assist with simple and non-clinical patient requests.
  • Providing patient feedback to Administrator of Patient Experience, to better processes associated with GetWellNetwork and MyChart functionality.
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Highschool Diploma required
  • Experience working with technology required.
  • Interest and ability to adapt quickly to technology required.
  • Strong Communication skills required.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $ 15.00 - $ 25.48 Hourly

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
