Adhere to Tutoring and Academic Assistance Center (TAAC) protocol and expectations as outlined in onboardingGreet students, faculty, and staff as they enter the TAACAssist students to schedule tutoring appointmentsHelp students with computer related questions (such as email, TracCloud, Brightspace, Word, etc.)Clean and close the Center in the eveningAssist with any administrative tasks, including but not limited to copying, running errands, and answering telephonesAssist Learning Support Systems (LSS) staff with projects and tasks as assignedHelp with tabling and other Center outreach eventsThis is position is eligible for Federal Work Study. Eligible applicants MUST have received prior approval from the Financial Aid Office. If you are unsure of your eligibility, please contact Financial Aid before applying.

Current MCC studentTechnology savvyStrong written and verbal communication skillsWell organized, punctual, and versed in key utilization of time management skillsEnergetic, outgoing, and able to maintain a positive attitudeCustomer-service focusedReliableApplicants interested in Federal Work Study must confirm eligibility with a Financial Aid representative Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual and able to read, write, and speak Spanish, or other languages, proficiently
