Qualifications
Applicants must possess the following qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience):
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business, public administration, management or a related field preferred
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of management or supervisory experience OR a minimum of 6 months of supervisory experience with the agency, with successful completion of an approved PPCWNY Career Development Plan. Experience managing a multi-provider clinic is preferred
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Demonstrated ability to maximize patient flow and throughput efficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
- Exceptional organization skills while working independently and handling multiple priorities are necessary
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to use electronic health record and practice management software, preferably EPIC
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Effective communication in two or more languages that are spoken in the community preferred

Physical Requirements
- Possess sufficient mobility to perform the Essential Functions listed in this Job Description with or without an accommodation

- Ability to travel to all agency locations as assigned
Work Schedule
This is a full-time, 40 hour a week, position; regular schedule will be Monday – Friday with occasional evenings and weekends.
Benefits & Compensation
At PPCWNY, we are committed to equitable compensation practices and transparency. In alignment with these efforts, the pay for this position ranges from $65,436.80 to $75,753.60 per year. Actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by law.
