The Office of the Provost/Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented individual to assist with general office duties in a busy and supportive office suite. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, keeping things organized, and working as part of a collaborative team.
Examples of Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist with organizing office materials and maintaining supply inventory, including working with College departments to determine supply inventory needs
Complete other duties as assigned to support office operations

Required Qualifications:
Current or former MCC student Strong communication and interpersonal skillsDependable, organized, and able to maintain confidentialityBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual and able to read, write, and speak Spanish, or other languages, proficiently
Additional Information:
Pay Rate: $16/hr.
Hours per week: Up to 20 hrs./week, flexible scheduling available during office hours
